Participation at our food experiences

Please register for the events you wish to participate! If possible, no later than 4 days prior to the event, when we usually stop the bookings and start preparing the dishes ;) For every event, we can issue a limited number of tickets, as the organizers can host a specific maximum capacity of guests. We will announce all sold out events in time.


There is a booking price for each event, please read about what is included and what not at the event pages. Adults usually pay the whole price; children under 14 years often have free tickets. For each booking you will receive a confirmation as well as a payment receipt issued by the organizers.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 4 working days before the event date are free of charge, fees are non-refundable.
  • Paid registrants who do not attend the events forfeit their entire registration fee.
  • Registrants who must cancel may substitute another person by sending an email to the Contact Form.

Non-Registered Guests

All persons attending our events must have a ticket and will receive a badge after checking in for the event at the entrance of the venue.


We offer two possibilities of payments:

  • Wire transfers: If you are paying by wire transfer you will be notified once the funds are in our account. Please keep a copy of the SWIFT receipt and send it to us in case of delays.
  • Credit cards: confirmation is instantly sent to you after the processing of the payment.


Invoices are auto generated from the system once your registration is completed and paid in full. Invoices will be sent via email to the email address.
